The Rotary Club Estoi Palace International is delighted to announce an exceptional opera evening featuring internationally acclaimed Swiss baritone Äneas Humm on 26 September 2026 at the historic Teatro Lethes in Faro.
Following the success of his previous performance in 2025, Äneas Humm will once again grace the stage of Portugal’s second-oldest theatre. Renowned for his expressive artistry and commanding stage presence, Humm has been acclaimed at leading European venues including Amsterdam, Bremen, and Venice, and is a frequent guest soloist with major orchestras across the continent.
The evening’s programme will include works by Jules Massenet, Richard Wagner, Antonín Dvořák, and Richard Strauss, presented with piano accompaniment by Doriana Tchakarova. This carefully curated selection promises an enriching musical experience for opera enthusiasts and newcomers alike.
Beyond its artistic significance, the event will support the educational and social initiatives of the Rotary Club Estoi Palace International, with all proceeds dedicated to social and educational projects for the local community.
