All Saints' Day

All Saints' Day is an official public holiday (Dia de Todos os Santos) which falls on a Saturday this year.

This day is a significant holiday that combines religious observance with rich cultural traditions. Families get together and visit the cemeteries to honour their deceased loved ones.

Many people attend special Masses held in churches to pray for the souls of the deceased and to celebrate the lives of saints.
